Are there REALTORS® to help me?
We have licensed REALTORS® ready to assist you whenever you need them. If you want to schedule a showing, one of our REALTORS® will book it and guide you through the property, highlighting everything you need to know. When you're ready to make an offer, our REALTORS® will review it, provide detailed MLS listing information, and ensure your offer is the best fit for your situation. Our REALTORS® will then submit and negotiate the offer on your behalf.
Can I visit a property through Keypr?
Our platform allows you to book a showing at your convenience. Our network of REALTORS® will schedule the showing and use their expertise to highlight everything you need to know about the property.
How is the cash refund calculated
and how do I get paid?
Keypr buyers are eligible for a cash refund upon the successful completion of a real property purchase, payable only after closing. The cash refund is calculated as 80% of the cooperating commission provided by the Listing Sales Representative and seller of the property for compensation to the Sales Representative representing the Buyer. Please note that cooperating commission amounts and payment terms are subject to change according to the rules set by the Listing Sales Representative and Seller. Typically, cooperating commissions range between 2.0% and 2.5% of the sold price of the property. Restrictions and eligibility criteria apply. After the transaction closes, our brokerage will receive a commission cheque for the buy-side commission included in the transaction. Once we receive that cheque, we will create a cheque or e-transfer directly to your bank account.
What is a BRA and why do I have to
sign a BRA?
The BRA is designed to protect you and your interests. It outlines the relationship between the buyer and the REALTOR®, including the amount of cash refund you are entitled to, the term of the contract, and the scope of the contract. By law, every buyer is required to sign a Buyer's Representation Agreement (BRA) when a REALTOR® represents them in a purchase. If a REALTOR® does not ask you to sign one, it is against the rules of the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO). That being said, we have made our BRA incredibly flexible - with shorter contract terms - along with the highest cash refund in the market, and a reduced scope limited to a single property.
Can I still use Keypr if I'm
currently with another REALTOR®?
Our regulations prohibit us from working with clients who are under contract with another REALTOR®. We would be happy to assist you once your current contract has expired.
Do you offer additional services
like legal, inspections, etc.?
Apart from our tech-enabled services that allow buyers to visit properties and create offers digitally, we have partnered with several companies to offer a more complete experience.

2. Mortgage Services: Mortgages make the dream of owning a home a reality, and Keypr works with the professionals at Perch Mortgage to guide you throughout the process.

3. Home Inspections: We've parnered with Pillar to Post, one of North America's largest home inspection services, to make home inspections much more efficient and convenient. We recommend every home to be inspected so you know exactly what you're buying.
What is Keypr and how does it work?
Here's how Keypr works:

1. Find Your Home & Make an Offer: Using search platforms like REALTOR.ca, you can find homes you're interested in visiting or making an offer on. When you're ready to make an offer, Keypr’s technology will guide you step-by-step through the process so you can make the best offer from the comfort of your home. When you're ready to submit, we'll schedule a call with our expert Realtors, who will provide market status, MLS® listing information, and negotiate it on your behalf.

2. Showings: Next, visit Keypr’s platform and enter the MLS® number to schedule your showing. We will guide you through the home and highlight everything you need to know

3. Get Ready for Closing: Finally, Keypr will arrange inspections, insurance, and legal services for a successful close.Keypr is part of Konfidis Realty, a technology enabled real estate brokerage licensed with RECO that brings together all the services you need and streamlines the home buying process. We work to empower buyers to control the buying process with digital tools to make buying transparent and provide real estate services only where you really need them. We think buyers that control the buying process should be rewarded with cash back.
If I'm a first time home buyer, can I use Keypr?
We understand that being a first-time homebuyer can come with a lot of uncertainty and unknowns. That's why we created Keypr, to ensure that buyers are educated and informed throughout the entire process. We offer a concierge-like service to address any concerns or questions you might have as you go through your purchase. Our team of expert REALTORS® will help you coordinate visits and negotiate your offer. Additionally, our platform allows us to refund 80% of the buyer cooperating commissions back to you. This refund can be used in various ways, such as paying your mortgage faster, applying it to your down payment, covering closing expenses, moving costs, or adding to your savings. It's your money.
Where can I buy a property with Keypr?
Keypr allows you to buy a property anywhere in Ontario! We are quickly expanding our services and we will soon be available in Alberta.
Does Keypr sell homes?
At the moment, Keypr can only service the buy side. However, Keypr has a network of expert REALTORS® across the province and can provide strong referrals to meet your selling needs.
